150T multi-layer circuit board vacuum press machine
The machine group is based on PCB production process technology and specially designed as a high-performance press machine. It is able to meet the multi-layer circuit lamination technology at most as well as be used in manufacturing flexible panels and high-grade Copper Clad Laminated Board.
The unit consists mainly by the hot press, cold press, loading and unloading machines, hydraulic systems, heat medium (heat-conducting oil) of the circulatory system, pneumatic and vacuum system, electrical control system, etc. The compositions are of "two hot press and one cold press” and "one hot press and one cold press”. The number of opening and sizes can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs.
The vacuum hot pressing machine, using high-performance vacuum pumps and vacuum table control system, can provide a reliable vacuum conditions to meet the needs of PCB production requirements. Consisted by the industrial computers, programmable controllers, intelligent instruments and parameters sensor, the electronic system is able to control equipment’s temperature, pressure and other parameters of the closed-loop control, real-time monitoring and historical monitoring. In the human-computer interface, users can easily operate units for process parameter settings, selecting, editing, preserving and transferring, checking the historical data query, parameter curves and the police information system, all safely completed by automatic process.
The inputting and outputting of work-piece plate; loading and unloading on hot and cold press can be finished by a loading-unloading machine which adopts PLC and variable frequency controlling technology, so that it can automatically load and unload and achieve any one accurate position.
The vacuum press machine is currently the best performance, the most advanced-controlling, highest level of automation, and process control parameters can be randomly adjusted.
